So, you wanna bring all the boys to the yard? Keep it timely and organized with Google Calendar. You can invite anyone with an email address to your next big event, whether it's a work meeting or your Aunt Regina's barbecue.

From Your Desktop

1. Open your Google Calendar from the Google apps in the upper right-hand corner of your browser screen.
2. Create or select the event you'd like to invite guests.
3. Click Edit event.

4. Under the Guests tab on the right, you can "Add guests" by typing their name if they're in your contacts or their email, if not.

5. From here, click Yes to send an email invitation to your guest. You can invite guests even if they do not use Google Calendar.

From Your Phone

1. Open the Google Calendar app on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device.
2. Create or select the event you'd like to invite guests.
3. Click the Edit event button.

4. Click Add people.

5. From there you can type the person's name if they are in your contact list or their email, if not.
6. Press the save button to send them an invite!

You can see who has responded Yes, No, or Maybe under the Edit tab. The party has begun!
